A few homes around here, like this one, have clotheslines, but most folks hang their laundry on whatever surface is available, fences and bushes being among the most common. They can end up looking rather festive.

Ha! Love this! I like the one with the chair sitting underneath... on a really hot day, with the shade and water dripping down... that'd be nice:)

ReplyDeleteThese are such lovely pictures! Somehow all the brightly colored clothes make the scenery look so artistic and you are right -- festive!!! I'm comparing the colors and light in your photos with the colors and light in all the photos we just brought back from our sabbatical to Scotland. Such a difference and yet each are stunning.
